One-Step ButtonholesUpdated 3 months ago
A built-in one-step buttonhole feature is great because the foot measures the actual size of your button each time is sews a buttonhole. This means that every buttonhole you stitch will look just like the last, providing you with consistent, professional results - no matter how many you sew!
It's usually a good idea to use an interfacing between the fabric layers, as a temporary fabric stabilizer underneath the fabric. This allows the fabric and stitches to have good support and prevent puckering.
Be sure to review your instructional manual for details on your specific machine model.
